How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.99 on orders under $120.
When do I qualify for free shipping?
Standard shipping is free when your merchandise total is $120 or more, after discounts and before tax and shipping.
Which heated vest version do you sell?
The nine-zone version only, in black and blue, sizes S to XXL.
How do I choose my size?
The nine-zone vest page has a size chart with garment measurements from the supplier. The supplier does not publish measurements for the Unisex Everyday Vest yet, so we cannot list them. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before you order.
Does the heated vest include a battery?
Yes. The Nine-Zone Heated Vest and the Unisex Everyday Vest each come with a 5V 5000mAh rechargeable battery pack and USB cable. The battery pack may arrive in a separate package. We do not state a battery runtime.
Which heating-pad plug and voltage do you sell?
US plug, 110V only.
Can I buy the accessories separately?
Yes. All four products can be bought on their own.
How should I care for my product?
Heating pad (supplier notes): remove the power cord before washing, make sure the pad is completely dry before use, do not iron, and unplug it when not in use. We do not have verified care instructions for the vests or the seat cushion yet. Please email us before washing them.
